IT Service Updates

This page contains advice pertaining to all IT-related scheduled and unscheduled interruptions to systems/services.

Please note that our service counters are now closed. All support continues to be available and is provided through the Service Desk as the first point of contact. No services have been removed.

Scheduled service interruptions

Please note that there will be intermittent outages to HR Online over the next couple of months as the Payroll team processes pay runs.
These interruptions are expected during this period to support accurate and timely payroll processing.

If you are unable to access the system, please try logging in again after a couple of hours. For any urgent assistance during these downtimes, please contact payroll@canberra.edu.au.

Decommissioning of Allocate+ and Transition to TimeEdit Allocate System

Please be advised that the Allocate+ system has been officially decommissioned.

A new and enhanced scheduling solution, the TimeEdit Allocate system, will be fully operational and available for use starting on 1 December.


Unscheduled service interruptions

There are no known service interruptions. If you encounter any issues with IT services during or after the maintenance, please contact the ServiceDesk.
