Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Apply theory of supply chain industry best practice in the analysis of a contemporary challenge in a case study organisation;
2. Apply planning and management innovation to supply chain management processes;
3. Evaluate the principles of evidence-based management and analytics to decision-making in relation to contemporary challenges in supply chain management;
4. Explain ethical, socially responsible and sustainable business decisions in a complex global to local organisational environment; and
5. Evaluate procurement strategies and practices, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management, in diverse organizational environments.
