Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Plan and design a refined game level that integrates spatial composition, player experience, and advanced level design methodologies;
2. Develop modular 3D assets and supporting materials suitable for integration into advanced game environments;
3. Implement an advanced character controller that enables responsive, readable, and cohesive player movement within a game space;
4. Construct particle systems, lighting, and environmental effects to enhance visual clarity, atmosphere, and player immersion; and
5. Explore source control and repository workflows to understand their role in version management, iterative development, and production reliability.
